Check the full certificate number and the holder’s family name as printed on the certificate. Remove accidental spaces when copying. If the details still don’t return a record, contact us so we can help. A failed lookup on its own doesn’t explain why a match wasn’t found.
Does a certificate expire when course access ends?
Your certificate doesn’t have a stated expiry date. Your online course access is separate: 6 months with Standard or 24 months with Premium. Employers can have their own expectations about recent training or experience.
Is a digital certificate different from an apostilled document?
Yes. The included PDF records your completed training. Apostille processing is a separate document service when a receiving authority requires that route. A printed PDF alone isn’t an apostille.
Does verification guarantee acceptance for a teaching job?
No. Verification checks a certificate record. Employers and official authorities decide which qualifications, experience and documents they require. Confirm those requirements for the specific role or process you’re pursuing.
